**TERMS OF SERVICE**Please read the following Terms of Service (later known as ToS) before you intend on commissioning me. By commissioning an art piece from me you acknowledge that you have read ToS and automatically agree with it.ToS Content:

Your commission request should involve:
►Your PayPal e-mail;
► What type of a commission do you want;
► What character/s do you request me to draw with reference pictures;
►(optional) Any preferences for poses, expressions, and interactions with the environment;Please write clearly and nicely.
Please do not write the whole biography of the requested subject; only the most important details.---2. Payment
I accept payment via PayPal invoice (that includes Venmo) - directly through PayPal, Ko-Fi or VGen. For Polish clients, a bank transfer is also an option.
The prices are in USD.After you accept the sketch, you must pay me the whole amount for the piece.
In some cases (i.e. unpredictable events on the Commissioners' side, 100+ USD price), there is a possibility of splitting the invoice, with a minimum 50% upfront.
The rest has to be paid after I finish the work; however, I will only send a low-resolution version of the commission, heavily watermarked, until the Commissioner sends the remaining payment.---3. Cancelling & RefundsIf you cancel a commission before (or in the process of) accepting the sketch, I will just stop working on it.I DON'T refund.
The only possibility for a refund would be due to an unpredictable situation on my side that will make me unable to finish the commission in due time if the Commissioner won't agree on extending the turnaround.---4. Process & Deadlinesa) Procedure of commission
After receiving the commission request, I will start working on the draft(s) for this piece.
These will be sent to the Commissioner for approval. This, in most cases, is the only step where the client can ask for tweaks - up to 5 major ones.
If the last tweaks don't meet expectations, I will not continue working on the commission.However - in some cases, tweaks after the sketch will be possible (i.e. character reference sheet). For those, there will be a prepaid fee, or I will ask for them in the future. However, a need for tweaks has to be requested before payment - otherwise, I will not work on them.If it gets approved by the Commissioner, I will send a PayPal invoice to the client. After it's paid - I will start working on the piece. If a client asks - I will send Work In Progress (WIPs) pictures of the work.Once finished, the product will be sent to the client through the chosen means of communication.b) Deadlines
Deadlines are discussed individually for each work. The basic turnaround is 2 weeks up to 1 month.It might get extended due to:
► complexity of the commission (i.e. painted works);
► number of commissions at the moment
► unpredictable events or personal problems on either side.If there is a deadline (less than 2 weeks), you must tell me in advance - an extra payment or refuse the commission proposal.---5. Copyright (Rights) & Permissionsa) Artist's rightsI, as an artist, hold every right to the commission.Because of that, I'm allowed to:
► Leave my signature with no exceptions;
► Post WIPs and the finished work on my social media accounts (unless our agreement says otherwise) and promote myself with it;
► Reject your commission proposal without any question.b) Commissioner's rightsCommissions are for personal use.If you want to repost your commission, you must credit me (by linking to my social media(s)).
You may not:
►resell the commission,
►use it for your own project(s),
►use it as an advertisement or redistribute it nor
►claim the piece as your own.You retain the rights to the Intellectual Property (your character design, idea, etc).Any commercial work can be discussed. It will influence the final pricing.-----------------------------------------------
